Exactly 135 days following Russell Martin's first press conference as Rangers manager, successor Danny Rohl met with the media at Rangers' stadium for the first time.
The scale of the challenge ahead of him is widely recognized, considering Martin's turbulent and unsuccessful 123-day spell.
The ex- Wednesday manager was accompanied by club chairman the chairman, along with the frequently questioned pair of sporting director Thelwell and CEO Stewart.
However, what exactly was revealed from the 36-year-old German's first public appearance as Rangers boss?
The Manager's Main Priority - Victory is Everything
A single message came through clearly from the new coach's initial presentation in front of the local press - he understands the necessity to secure victories, and achieve this rapidly.
The previous manager Martin lasted only 17 games and 123 days as manager, so the inquiry arose about what timeframe the new man believes is realistic to turn around the struggling squad.
While skillfully sidestepping a specific response that could bring future pressure, the coach's communication was very evident.
"Hopefully as soon as possible," he stated. "That is crucial.
"In football you have not much time. One can talk about future plans but we know it concerns immediate results and the short-term involves winning games. This is what I demand.
"Another aspect remains clear - I need every squad member to understand how we want to play. I come back to my primary theme: victory comes first, entertaining football and it's together. If you follow this order, I'm convinced that I'll stay very long here."
Expectations are Standard
Martin required security protection to leave the stadium after his final game in charge.

As the club's most youthful ever head coach, the inquiry asked about what qualities Rohl believes he has that would allow him to handle, let alone excel, in one of the highest-pressure roles in British football?
"In my opinion pressure in this business are standard," he stated. "You must learn that rapidly.
"I believe certain individuals might mention my age but I have been 16 years on this path. I had an excellent opportunity to be at Bayern Munich and serve as only an assistant manager, but I experienced the reality to manage a team and the demands involved.
"When you start getting results and then some critics will say you need to play attractive soccer. That's the next phase but precisely what I want. I relish that challenge and I'm excited for the future."
Thelwell Defends Chermiti Signing & Hiring Family Member
The media pack had numerous questions from journalists directed at Thelwell.
Much discussion has focused on the hiring of his son as recruitment chief, with fans skeptical about his credentials for the position.
Nevertheless, he defended and explained the decision to recruit his son to the club.
"It remains awkward to hear and in appearance I believe we all agreed when we took this step to appoint him that he'd be viewed in a particular way," Thelwell stated.
"The reality of the situation is that we want to attract the very best players here.
"My view on his professional path and background is he required no family help in football.
"He served at Villa as a senior scout, after which he joined Norwich City as head of scouting and then was elevated to development role.
"Before we recruited him, multiple top division teams sought to sign him. Our approach from the start of proceedings was discuss with Patrick, Andrew and vice-chairman Marathe about this situation.
"I remained highly open and I think Robbie probably experienced a stricter procedure than any other employee by the team.
"I'm certain is that he will work constantly to achieve success for this football club and I anticipate to him proving that he's going to be a valuable staff member for Rangers."
Additionally, Thelwell supported the signing of forward Chermiti, who joined the club for a reported initial fee of £8m, after failing to score in 24 appearances for Everton.
The sporting director who transferred the Portuguese youth international to Merseyside from Sporting Lisbon - once more for significant money in a £15m transfer.
The question came if he stands by his expensive purchase, who hasn't yet score in seven outings for Rangers.
"Yes, completely," Thelwell answered. "I believe the striker represents who's got great ability.
"I've never doubted him whatsoever. Again, I think Danny will help to maximize the potential out of the player.
"These are initial stages for the young player, he remains promising prospect and naturally with inexperienced players they occasionally take time.
"But I'm certain throughout of his career here he's going to prove that he is highly capable footballer."
Stewart Acknowledges Supporters' Frustration and Hurt
The chief executive was in the media scrutiny, given the criticism that has been directed at him by certain of the club's fans.
Additionally, there was a banner in the stadium during the last tie with United suggesting Stewart - and the sporting director - to depart before they were packed for him.
Like his football director, the CEO did not evade the issue.
"I totally understand the disappointment and anger that the supporters are feeling because results this season haven't been expectations and no one is satisfied with those," he said.
"The pain and frustration fans experience is mirrored within the boardroom.

"I'm a lightning rod for those and my role as a
